Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen, dining, and serving areas: wash dishes, clean equipment, sweep/mop floors, clear dining tables, etc. Stock supplies and ingredients; assist in inventory management. Follow all food safety, infection control, and health department guidelines. Assist dietary manager / cooks as needed with meal prep tasks.
