Trinetix is seeking technical-savvy Senior PL SQL Developer to support projects focused on healthcare data systems, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes, and data-driven automation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of claims data, industry-standard data formats (e.g., 837/835), and the broader healthcare data ecosystem.  The ideal candidate is technology-sound, technically skilled, adaptable, and capable of working across systems to analyze trends, identify process gaps, and help implement databases, datamarts and data storage, reporting solutions in healthcare operations.  Core responsibilities   Lead design, development, optimization, and maintenance of complex PL/SQL programs, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers in Oracle (11g/12c/19c).  Participate in and drive data analysis, modeling, and database design discussions aligned with business requirements in healthcare and claims management.  Design scalable backend database logic (for e.g. for clinical, billing, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and patient data workflows). Demonstrate and leverage strong knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer IDE. Translate business needs into technical solutions using SQL and PL/SQL, working closely with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams. Support all database objects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages and procedures, as well as Database Replication, Database performance tuning and execution plan analysis. Assists with impact analysis of any changes made to the database objects.  Develop and maintain ETL logic and data transformation pipelines using PL/SQL or Oracle tools for data integration from various healthcare systems (e.g., EHR, Claims, RCM).  Lead peer reviews of SQL and PL/SQL code and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.  Support data quality, data lineage, and data governance efforts across clinical and financial systems.  Writing efficient and optimized queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages. Requirements Requirements  7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development. A good knowledge and experience working with Oracle or SQL Server is required. Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL Developer IDE. A good knowledge of physical database design is preferred. Ability to proactively perform Oracle/SQL Server recovery scenarios and operating system performance monitoring. Good skills in various Database monitoring tools. Experience with Cross Database Replication (Eg. Golden Gate) product is preferred. Proficiency in writing basic to moderately complex SQL and PL/SQL code, data querying (SQL) as well as reporting, data extractions etc. Experience with other database technologies (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Experience with data analysis and data troubleshooting. Experience working with relational data models and normalized schemas. Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy and compliance regulations.  Nice-to-haves  Experience and knowledge in migrating code, database changes and data through the various stages of the development life cycle.  Prior exposure to domains like encounters, long term care, renal care, chronic disease management, patient analytics, population health management, medication management, or clinical quality reporting datasets is preferred.  Familiarity with ETL tools (Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica etc.) Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Star/Snowflake schemas and Exposure to HL7/FHIR data standards  Experience with Cloud databases (Oracle Cloud, Azure SQL, AWS RDS). Familiarity with version control systems and tools like JIRA, Git, Confluence. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business, Data Science, or a related field.  A good knowledge of physical database design is prefered. Oracle PL/SQL Developer certification (preferred).
