Responsibilities: Create all development tech packs for showroom samples per season/delivery. Create base tech packs for all brands "in house samples" for production orders and pass off to tech team for master fits. Measure original samples, photograph and write accurate construction following our fit standard. Communicate and follow up with factories questions /allocations and giving/receiving updated AWB# packages to ensure on-time samples. Create charts/maps to manage all priority samples for each individual factory. Enter garment information into Exenta. Work with both designers and tech teams to ensure all information is correct on tech packs etc.  Possible prefits with designers to insure proper adjustments needed for showroom samples from original garments.    Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience as a design/development tech at a women’s fashion company. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, measuring, workmanship and function. Basic pattern making knowledge. Must be able to look at a pattern and call out corrections. Fluent in Photoshop, excel, word. Knowledge in Exenta is a plus. Strong written, verbal communication.  Someone who is an independent thinker. A good problem solver.  Basic knowledge of fabrications. Must be organized and detail-oriented. Enthusiastic and team-oriented. Willing to help the team even if the task is not part of your daily responsibility.  Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
