Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Angular UI Developer to join our technology team and play a key role in developing front-end applications that deliver exceptional user experiences to our clients and advisors. You will collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to develop modern, responsive, and secure financial applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain complex Angular-based front-end applications. Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead projects in the Power Generation and Midstream sectors from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will bring a solid track record in managing energy and utility projects – whether fossil, renewable or hybrid – while maintaining a strong focus on safety, cost management, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. This role requires in-depth knowledge of power generation and/or midstream industries, along with a firm grasp of project management methodologies and engineering principles. The Project Manager will be an integral member of the Operations team, with responsibilities focused on: Contributing to project planning and development in alignment with organizational goals. Managing projects from initiation through closeout. Overseeing the execution of projects, coordinating resources, schedules, and activities. Communicating with the Project Team to clarify project requirements, align objectives, and support efficient collaboration. Engaging with Customers to provide regular updates on project status. Reporting progress to Stakeholders regarding all aspects of projects. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and manage project tasks, deliverables, and data analysis to ensure alignment with project goals. The position requires extensive travel—at least 80% of the time—within the region where the individual is assigned. A company vehicle and travel expenses will be provided. Responsibilities: Daily Oversight: Supervise and inspect underground drilling operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications; Training & Onboarding: Lead on-site training sessions for new and existing IH crews, focusing on best practices, proper equipment use, and safety procedures; Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety standards and conduct routine jobsite audits and toolbox talks; Quality Control: Review bore logs, restoration practices, potholing, and fiber/copper path integrity to ensure all work meets client and internal expectations; Problem-Solving: Act as first point of contact for field-level issues or delays, helping coordinate with operations and project management teams; Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, crew performance, and any field training activities. Provide reports to regional and department leads; Communication: Collaborate with Regional Directors, Foremen, and Project Managers to align on goals, expectations, and crew performance.
