Track and process progress reports using an electronic database. Review documents for accuracy and collaborating with team members to resolve any discrepancies. Present findings and recommendations to key decision-makers in a clear and concise manner. Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and co-lead training events. Develop and revise SoPs and other related process documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to define data science needs and project objectives. Contribute to proposal writing and technical solutioning for new projects. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, or other relevant field 10 years relevant work experience, including at least 4 years of those years in a social or biomedical science related field Basic Requirements Experience developing data-driven insights and visualizations that clearly convey complex concepts and conclusions. Experience leading biomedical research or public health data science projects for the federal government Strong understanding and proven experience with AI, statistical and machine learning techniques, and other emerging technologies to enhance analytical conclusions. Proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist, with a focus on data analysis, modeling, evaluation, and visualization and technical experience with qualitative or quantitative software packages. Proficient in coding languages such as Python or R, data manipulation tools like SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure. Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
