About the Role We’re hiring field IT technicians who can confidently support a wide range of tech needs for residential and small business customers. This includes troubleshooting PCs and Macs, resolving network issues, and repairing or configuring printers/scanners — including issues like Canon MF printer network setup or G-series ink absorber error codes (e.g., 1700). You’ll be dispatched to customer sites, work independently, and complete service calls efficiently and professionally. Position Summary – Thermal Operations Manager The Manager ofThermal Operations will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operational functions of Vivid’s Thermal Spray operations in Santa Clara— including equipment maintenance, processing, manufacturing, applicable technological innovation, implementation of 6-sigma and lean tools. Key Responsibilities Production, Processing and Manufacturing Oversight • Lead and manage thermal spray production operations to ensure timely delivery, consistent quality, and cost efficiency. • Develop and maintain production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Maintenance and Reliability • Supervise Thermal Spray operations facility and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life. • Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
