Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound sales calls, assisting customers with information on services and products. Resolve customer issues by leveraging problem-solving abilities and product knowledge. Working Conditions: Typical office or call center environment. Light physical effort, including handling objects up to 10 pounds. Use of a personal computer, telephone, fax, and copy machines. Requirements Must pass a successful background check. Practice professional phone etiquette. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Meet all key performance indicator standards. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Flexibility in work days and hours is essential as our call center operates seven days a week.
