Role and Responsibilities: The Retail team at David Protein leads the commercialization of our product portfolio across physical retail. The first class of Strategic Retail Analysts will specialize by channel (e.g., Grocery, Convenience, Club) and will be expected to run their channel end-to-end – owning the business unit, with full P&L responsibility. Reporting to a Strategic Retail Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how David scales nationally through its largest revenue engine: in-store retail. What You’ll Own: Channel Leadership: Own the growth and profitability of your retail channel – acting as the General Manager of the business unit. P&L Ownership & Commercial Strategy: Take full ownership of the channel’s P&L. Define and execute the full commercial strategy – including revenue, margin, pricing, pack architecture, and cost structure – across all accounts and regions.
