We are seeking an experienced Tax Practice Manager to build and lead this new practice area. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader focused on delivering exceptional client service, developing tax strategies, and establishing efficient operational workflows. Backend Systems Integration Engineer (OMS / ERP / Shopify) tarte cosmetics is seeking an experienced Backend Systems Integration Engineer to join our Order Management Systems (OMS) team. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of data between our Shopify Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) storefront and backend systems including ERP, Vertex (tax), and ESW (international logistics). The ideal candidate is a systems-minded troubleshooter with strong technical fluency across APIs, cloud tools, and databases. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering with Planning, Customer Experience, QA, and Engineering teams to support clean, timely, and reliable order processing. This is a hybrid position based in New York City and requires working in our office at least 3 days per week.
