Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings. Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans. Conduct training and provide ongoing support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques. Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions, assessments, and progress reports.
