Position Overview We are seeking a full-time BCBA who is passionate about making a difference and ready to work in a remote, Georgia-based role. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing meaningful clinical oversight and client care. As a BCBA with Treetop ABA, you will: Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Conduct assessments and use data analysis to track progress Provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians Partner with families and professionals to ensure cohesive care Maintain accurate documentation and reports Stay current with ABA research and best practices Requirements Qualifications Must reside in Georgia Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a BCBA Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Active BCBA certification (required) State LBA license (required or in process) Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making Experience with diverse client populations is a plus Benefits Why Join Treetop ABA?
