The Junior Payroll Analyst supports the payroll team in processing accurate and timely payroll for employees. This role involves assisting with data entry, payroll calculations, compliance with company policies and government regulations, and providing support for payroll inquiries. The Junior Payroll Analyst will learn payroll systems and develop expertise in payroll processes while contributing to overall team efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and processing of bi-weekly/monthly payroll. Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or benefits. Verify and enter timekeeping data, overtime, and adjustments. Support payroll compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Assist in responding to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Prepare basic payroll reports for management as needed. Help reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information. Immediate opening for an experienced fire sprinkler technician to perform inspection, testing, maintenance, repairs, and modifications on wet and dry sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and related equipment.  This position is based at the corporate office in Westminster, MD, and serves our customers in Maryland & Pennsylvania. This position requires a level of organization, customer service, code interpretation, and the ability to work independently and on a team. Job duties include, but are not limited to, inspecting, servicing, maintaining, and repairing sprinkler systems for routine service as well as on-site emergency service calls & troubleshooting.  Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and suppliers.
