We are looking for a Lead Senior Software Development Engineer: Development Manager leads the overall software team and provides strategic and technical direction for the team, in collaboration with the other team members. The platform itself is targeted to be a Linux-based scalable server platform with full auditing, logging and transaction support for the fintech application. The role includes the following: Manage a small team of senior software development engineers. These engineers will also generally be remote, but will be working on an integrated, interdependent project where timing of the development and delivery schedule will be critical to the overall team success. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar discipline. 7-10+ years of relevant work experience software development with at least 3 years of enterprise application development experience. For this role, transactional interactions with multiple databases will be essential.
