Job Description Summary We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Community Manager to support the operations at Antelope Valley, a 120-unit tax credit and project-based apartment community in Lancaster, CA. This role includes assisting with leasing activities, resident relations, and rent collection, while ensuring compliance with property policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager will also handle administrative tasks, coordinate maintenance requests, and help maintain a high level of satisfaction among residents and prospective tenants. This position requires strong organizational skills to support the property management team and foster a positive community environment. Position Summary The Clinical Specialist plays a pivotal role in training and supporting users to ensure our products are applied safely, effectively, and with optimal patient outcomes.
