As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to clients who need assistance with daily living activities. Your role will not only focus on helping them with physical tasks but also providing companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Help with mobility and transfers as necessary. Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Stamping Press Operator HIROTEC Manufacturing America, located in Fayetteville, Tennessee, is part of the HIROTEC Group, headquartered in Hiroshima, Japan. HIROTEC Group delivers body-in-white closures, exhaust systems, flexible closure tooling, and stamping dies to automotive customers around the world. With a US headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI, HIROTEC Group operates 32 facilities in eight countries. Currently, we are seeking a Stamping Press Operator to become a part of the HIROTEC team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for setting up and operating stamping press to produce products in accordance with customer specifications and instructions. Completes mechanical tasks associated with die set-up, adjustments, breakdown, coil changes, die changeovers, etc. Performs in-press troubleshooting. Follows safety policies and procedures, including lock out tag out procedures. Performs assigned work to time standards and quality and safety expectations. Makes routine decisions and use problem solving to troubleshoot and makes minor repairs to press/die malfunctions or issues or seeks further assistance from supervisor or maintenance staff. Examines the finished product to ensure no quality defects and meets customer and internal standards and specifications. Performs first-piece and in-process quality inspections. Maintains a constant watch of die and stock to prevent mishits and jamming of parts. Maintains a clean and safe work area, removes excess material/scrap, applies lubricants as needed. Reports and documents basic material, production, equipment, and /or quality control issues. Completes required documentation/paperwork, manually or by data entry, accurately and timely. Ability to operate overhead crane and material handling equipment including forklifts. Ability to read work instructions and utilize measurement tools. Other duties and projects may be assigned based on the operational objectives of the company. Ideal candidate should have High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of progressive stamping press experience and/or training in automotive/manufacturing environment is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Overhead crane and forklift experience are preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have a sound technical aptitude with a thorough understanding of stamping, automation, and manufacturing applications and ability to resolve complex issues. Hydro Excavation Operator
Clearsite Industrial Services is expanding and seeking professional Hydrovac Operators to join our business in Richmond, VA. Hydrovac Excavation is a non-destructive method of excavating as an alternative to mechanical equipment or hand-digging. Hydrovacs use pressurized water and a vacuum system to quickly, safely, precisely and cleanly excavate around utilities, pipelines and numerous other applications. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM CLASS “B” CDL LICENSE WITH TANKER ENDORSEMENT and CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. Key Responsibilities Seventy percent or more of the job’s work time is spent operating the on-board hydro-vacuum system outside the truck performing non-destructive excavation around sensitive underground piping and cables. Other Hydrovac work consists of cleaning and vacuuming, mobilization of equipment, truck maintenance, safety meetings, etc. Heavy lifting at times is required. Working at heights are sometimes required The job requires typical construction type hours with some weeks being less than 40 hours and other weeks very busy requiring 50 plus hours. Requirements MUST HAVE A MINIMUM CLASS “B” CDL LICENSE WITH TANKER ENDORSEMENT and CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. Minimum of 1 year driving experience with CDL Applicant shall agree to initial Drug/Alcohol testing and random testing thereafter OSHA10 safety card certification is required. (If applicant does not hold an OSHA10 certification, company will pay for computer based training with applicant completing on-line course within 5 days of hiring on their own. Certification is the property of the applicant.) Possess a current and valid DOT medical certificate. Criminal background check and safety performance verification will be conducted. Clean MVR (2 or less traffic violations in current 3 year period). Safety mindedness is essential. Travel out of town and out of state to work will be required at times. Must be willing to work flexible hours. (Due to client schedule, our operators may not work every day but must be flexible for irregular hours). Underground utility experience a plus. Essential Job Functions: Drive and operate Hydrovac equipment in a safe and professional manner. Properly document all Company, Federal, State, and Customer documentation/paperwork as required by law and or established policy in a clear and legible manner. Able to effectively and professionally communicate with on-sight customer representative to locate least intrusive and safest place to park company equipment while on job sight. Able to lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties/tasks in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. Able to troubleshoot and as the need arises perform minor repairs to equipment. Essential Physical Functions/Requirements of the Job: Hear and distinguish emergency signals and instructions while on duty. Must be able to repetitively sit, lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach and crawl. * Must be able to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must be able to work in all outdoor elements for extended periods of time. Confined Space Entry may be required to accomplish tasks for some clients when applicable.
