Requirements Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience. 3+ years experience designing solutions in an MSP or IT services environment Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions (AD, Cloud Identities, Intune, Hello for Business, Defender for Endpoint, Exchange, Azure AD). Windows Server, SAN, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange (On-Prem & Office 365), file server migrations, Azure AD integrations, Azure Intune & Endpoint Manager, and hybrid Azure/AD deployments. Business continuity tools (VEEAM, Datto preferred). Networking (Ubiquiti, SonicWALL) and desktop imaging knowledge.
