This is a fully remote opportunity for a board-certified Internal or Family Medicine physician licensed in and residing in South Carolina. Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual initial screenings for member enrollment using established clinical guidelines. Manage medications and prescriptions via the company’s proprietary digital platform. Monitor member symptoms and provide timely guidance or interventions. Supervise and collaborate with a team of Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs). Provide clinical input to help enhance internal tools and technology. Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation and respond to member voicemails. Travel for chart reviews approximately twice per year. Requirements: Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Experiences: Must have 2+ years of clinical practice experience in internal or family medicine post-residency.
