About the Role: As Senior Superintendent, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale, complex construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of delivery, from jobsite safety and quality control to scheduling and subcontractor management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll serve as the key field leader and primary liaison with architects and consultants on constructability issues, while mentoring and directing project teams. Requirements Professional Skills: 8+ years of field supervision and 10+ years of construction experience managing large and complex construction projects (DSA/public works strongly preferred) with total annual billings of $25M+. Strong technical expertise in construction management, project management, estimating, and site supervision. Able to independently manage a project from groundbreaking through commissioning and punch list. Proficiency in Procore (advanced user and trainer), BIM software, Trimble Connect, and other project management tools. Skilled in creating and updating Gantt chart schedules, tracking submittals, and managing change orders (PCOs/CCOs). Familiar with pre-construction planning and value engineering activities. Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
