Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Health (Hybrid Remote | Clinic Leadership Opportunity) Overview: This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to launch and manage a new Occupational and Environmental Medicine clinic based in Albany, NY. You will be instrumental in driving clinical care, guiding strategic growth, and engaging with the community. The role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule with a 4-day workweek and competitive compensation. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for occupational health concerns. Design and implement clinic policies, procedures, and operational workflows. Recruit, mentor, and supervise clinical and administrative staff. Serve as a liaison to the advisory board and lead community integration initiatives. Build and manage partnerships with local employers and develop educational outreach programs. Analyze clinic performance metrics and execute targeted outreach strategies. Ensure full compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. Lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives and develop clinical protocols. Requirements: Education Master’s Degree in Nursing. National board certification (AANP or ANCC). Experiences Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Adult). Occupational Health experience is preferred. Experience in healthcare program development or administration is a plus. Other Must have an NPI number and Medicare enrollment (or eligibility within 6 months). BLS Certification (AHA or ARC). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are required. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Compensation and Benefits: Salary $92,000 - $147,004 per year (DOE) Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. Employer-funded 401(k) after 1 year.
