Busy business owner is seeking a local, bright, energetic personal/household assistant to keep home organized, running smoothly and plants alive and thriving. Office and home are located in the same building in the heart of beautiful downtown Cardiff-by-the-Sea. Ideal candidate would be a responsible self-starter with strong organizational skills and a talent for nurturing home, people and plants. Must have a dependable car and good driving record. Must have cooking skills. Must also have a knowledge of plants and watering/care requirements of various plant varieties. Duties may include but not limited to the following: • Grocery shopping for home and office • Lite cooking and meal prep • Preparing or picking up lunches for office • Lite housekeeping, dishes and laundry (I have a weekly cleaning service) • Errands to post office, postal annex, home depot, francos flowers, etc. • Home organization, scheduling repairs, various tasks, recycling, etc. • Watering and TLC for plants 3 times per week • Keeping plants clean and free from insects • Maintaining the aesthetics of plants • Picking up plant supplies or replacement plants if needed Flexible part-time hours. 15-20 hours per week Please forward resume and list of skills that pertain to this position.
