Minimum of two (2) years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital surgical services environment, such as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Assistant Nurse Manager. Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience working in a surgical services setting (e.g., Operating Room, Pre-Op/PACU). Demonstrated excellent organizational, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
