Found young tabby cat (South Sacramento)

Cat appeared at my neighbor's door Thursday evening. Cat is very affectionate and playful. She can't keep her. Shelters don't take surrenders. Please come and get your cat she must have gotten out accidently. Could have come from 49th Ave or 50th Ave off of Woodbine Ave.
