We are hiring maintenance techs for our luxury apartment complexes throughout San Diego, please send us a resume with your work history and trade experience so we see if you are the right fit. We are looking for people with experience, stable work history and work ethic. Position Details: Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Apartment Complexes throughout San Diego: San Marcos, La Jolla, Northpark, Alpine and El Cajon (openings vary and not all these locations have openings). Full Time, Hours and schedule vary between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday - weekends maybe required. Pay is $25 per hour DOE Applicant should be skilled to do the following: General Maintenance: Execute painting and drywall repairs with finesse Repairs & Installations: Tackle door repairs, sliding closet door installations, and fixture upgrades Plumbing Pro: Master everything from snaking drains to installing dishwashers Electrical Expert: Easily replace outlets, switches, and ceiling fans Appliance Troubleshooting: Handle installations and repairs for garbage disposals, dishwashers, and window A/C units HVAC experience is a plus Requirements: Minimum of 3-4 consecutive years of maintenance experience; we’re happy to train the right candidate in some trades if needed! - Knowledge of basic repair, painting, and cleaning techniques. - Ability to turnover apartment make-ready's in a timely manner. - Must have reliable transportation and tools Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred for enhanced communication with staff and tenants.
