Compensation can be up to $65,000 per year for qualified candidates. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Repair and maintenance of refrigeration units located at properties. • Repair and maintain refrigerators, stoves, and all types of air conditioners in good working condition. • Ability to locate parts and provide estimates to management. • 10 years of experience are required.
