Join our Restoration Team! We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and reliable individual with excellent customer service skills to become a full-time Restoration Apprentice at HBM Restoration. This role involves assisting in the repair of both residential and commercial properties. Applicants should possess the following qualifications: A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, basic knowledge of hand tools, strong willingness to learn, applicants must be capable of: Standing, walking, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and bending for extended periods, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying between 50 to 70 pounds, including navigating several flights of stairs. Must pass background check, have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician position to repair and maintain residential and commercial building in Downtown Oahu. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required.  Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs (painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and grounds maintenance) Able to access a small space of 18-inch x 18-inch Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, vendors, customers, etc. Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 30lbs up to 50lbs. Walk, stand for a period of time and bend throughout the shift. Ensure mechanical equipment and systems are working in order and fixed as necessary. Create and maintain work orders Create and maintain purchase orders Perform any additional maintenance related duties as required by property management.
