Skills & Qualifications: * Ability to perform physical tasks that require strength and stamina. * Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify and sort materials. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Basic math skills for counting and recording materials (varies by role). * Safety-conscious with a commitment to using personal protective equipment. Experience: Experience in recycling or similar work is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
