Perform other duties as assigned to support the department and customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in RV, automotive, or carpentry-based repair roles. Hands-on construction and carpentry experience. Familiarity with hitch work and brake control installation. Basic electrical knowledge (12V and 110V systems). Certifications required: RVIA, RVIT (Revit), 12V, and 110V — OR equivalent experience in RV maintenance and repair. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Proficient with basic computer systems and documentation. Ability to read tape measures and use hand/power tools effectively. Willingness to work weekends and in un-climate-controlled environments. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
