The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsible, and capable of handling a variety of tasks without excuses. Plumber job duties include but not limited to the following: Full service plumbing duties. Drainage, Sewer, Water Heater, Septic Repair etc. Experience required. Laborer job duties include but not limited to the following: Assisting technicians on job sites in any and all capacities necessary. Retrieving materials for job sites from van, shop or supply houses. Disposing of used materials. Digging, backfilling & compacting holes. Operating jackhammer for concrete/asphalt removal. Working under houses and inside of attics. Shop maintenance including sweeping, mowing, pruning, disposing of garbage. Assisting with vehicle maintenance and repairs, washing vehicles, changing oil etc. Requirements: Must have a clean CA driver's license. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a strong work ethic. Must reside within 20 miles of Napa. Positions will be paid depending on experience. Overtime is available.
