D & J Contracting, Inc is looking for 1099 Sidewalk Snow Contractors for the upcoming snow season: JOB DESCRIPTION: D&J Contracting, Inc. a leader in commercial maintenance and snow and ice removal, seeks people to clear sidewalks for the winter season. This position involves clearing snow and ice at various business locations during and after snow events. Late night, early morning and weekend work are required, depending on the timing of snowfalls. Applicants must be available from the onset of each snowfall until the conclusion of tasks. Employment could lead to a summer position if desired. Small painting company seeks part-time house cleaner. Many of our projects need cleaning prior to painting. Cabinets, shelves, baseboards, etc. And many of our projects need cleaning at the end. There are also projects that have additional cleaning of windows and floors and other areas. And there is plenty of opportunity to add hours by including prep work like sanding walls and such. A versatile helper will also be able to add small painting projects too. Maybe just painting a bathroom. Nothing too large or complicated. No ladder work above a few steps would be required. We are a small company looking for good people. Cleaning experience is preferred. And so is transportation. Pay is flexible based on experience and work ethic. This is a 1099 opportunity.

Must be able to respond to call out within 1 hour. *This is a part time on call job - hours are dependent on snowfall, working hours are primarily 10PM - 7AM.
