We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced housekeeper to help maintain cleanliness and organization in a private residence located in San Mateo, CA. Position Details - Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 4 hours per day (20 hours/week) Compensation: $700/week (non-negotiable) Location: San Mateo, CA Start Date: As soon as possible Key Responsibilities - (to be discussed in more detail during interview) Daily upkeep and tidying of the home (kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, etc.) Weekly and biweekly tasks to be taken care of as well (changing sheets, washing floors, vacuuming, etc.) Proactive organization (putting items back where they belong) Laundry care, including handling of delicates Occasional additional household tasks (with opportunity for increased hours and responsibilities) Qualifications - Prior housekeeping experience in a private home setting preferred Clean background check Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly Trustworthy, punctual, and proactive Comfortable working independently Bonus: This position has growth potential for someone interested in supporting other home or family-related tasks in the future.
