Title: Cultivation/Harvesting Technician Description: We are seeking reliable technicians to support production operations. You will be responsible for trimming, manicuring, and preparing plant/flower for packaging in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. Responsibilities: - Hand-trim flower(s) with precision and attention to detail - Maintain flower quality and minimize waste - Weigh, batch, and prepare trimmed product for packaging - Follow standard operating procedures and hygiene practices - Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily quotas - Throw out bags of waste as needed - Protect the integrity of the product by keeping it free of contaminants - Wear PPE and exercise proper sanitation protocols Qualifications: - Prior trimming experience preferred but not required - Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to sit or stand for long periods - High attention to detail and consistency - Reliable, punctual, and ready to work - Open to train people who are eager and enthusiastic about gaining trimming experience - MUST have an active/current MED Badge***
