Handyman that can perform a wide range of skilled maintenance, repair, and installation tasks for our clients, including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, painting, fixture installation, and general property upkeep. Must be versatile, possess good problem-solving skills, be proficient with various hand and power tools, and be able to work independently or as part of a team, while also recognizing when to call in specialists for complex issues. Key Responsibilities Maintenance and Repairs: Conducting routine maintenance and light repairs on buildings, appliances, and fixtures. Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and performing other basic plumbing tasks. Electrical: Replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches, and performing minor electrical repairs. Carpentry: Performing light carpentry work, such as building cabinets or repairing wooden structures like fences and decks. Painting: Painting walls, filling holes, and performing other minor decorating tasks. Installation: Installing fixtures, appliances, and other equipment.

He would be performing a multitude of different maintenance services from landscaping to painting to eviction house cleanouts, and all kinds of handyman services in between

Well-established landscaper has an IMMEDIATE full-time seasonal opening WITH OVERTIME to replace a lawn mowing/landscape tech who recently left for another career opportunity. Autumn weeks average over 50 hours each week with billions of leaves to move! Previous techs have earned almost $40,000 for nine months work.
