Part Time Office Cleaning in New Hudson MI near I-96 and Milford Rd exit. Two small buildings located 4 minutes from each other, three times per week (Mon/Wed/Fri) Evenings, Job start is flexible after 5pm. Monday 4 hours Wednesday 4 hours Friday 4 hours. Tree removal company based out of Shelby township servicing all of Macomb county. Looking for full and part-time laborers. Our crew runs 8:00 a.m. till roughly 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Time and a half for the 6th and 7th day if you want to work them in the same week. If the hours are too long, you can drive your own car to the job if you need to leave earlier. What we need is general laborers that can carry the logs out to the curb and drag the brush out to the curb to feed the chipper. It is a very laborsome job. If you have a chauffeur license I will move you up a dollar an hour. If you have a CDL class B or better no air brakes I will move you up another dollar an hour. If you have previous tree removal experience and can run a chainsaw, I will move you up another dollar an hour. Beginning pay is $15 per hour cash. You will get paid in cash every Friday. Not for the current week but for the previous week. We stay busy all the way till New Year although our days get a little bit shorter since It gets dark earlier. We are looking for an experienced shop manager to help us in the daily operations of our landscaping business. Daily duties would be to make sure all equipment is working properly, (sharpening blades for mowers, and hedge trimmers, fixing backpack blowers, weed whips and edgers, bed edgers, basically every power tool we use in the business), all equipment is accounted for daily, making sure all of our trucks are serviced properly and regularly, (oil changes, air filters, washer fluid, wipers etc. etc.) keeping the shop clean at all times, organization is a must. Also a good knowledge of snow removal equipment is a must too. We use Boss plows and Polaris Sportsman quads with plows in the winter so those need to be maintained as well. We also have skid loaders and an excavator. Those need maintenance too but for any large repairs we take them to Michigan Cat. Sometimes, you will be required to deliver material to job sites, pick up parts for supplies etc. etc. You need experience specifically in this industry. Great work ethic is an absolute must. Organization is a must. The applicant needs to be able communicate effectively with others. Valid drivers license is a must.
