Rite-Option Preservation LLC is a leading property preservation company looking to expand our network of reliable and detail-oriented Preservation Contractors/Sub-Contractors to service properties in and around Talladega, Alabama. Responsibilities: - Securing and boarding up properties - Winterization services - Lock change and install doorknob (Experience with HUD keys and MFS supplies is preferred) - Lawn maintenance and debris removal. - Cleaning and repair work (as needed). - Interior Works - Roofing, Plumbing, Flooring, Carpentry - Providing detailed documentation with before/after photos. - Meeting strict deadlines and adhering to client guidelines.
