*Please note: Resume with employment history is required for consideration* We are looking for responsible and efficient cleaners to join our team at Harper's Model Home Services. The team member will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of brand new model homes, including bathrooms and Sales Offices. Team member may also be asked to perform various minor maintenance tasks (such as emptying trash and changing lightbulbs). Work is typically performed in the morning between 5am to 10am, however exceptions can be made based on availability. We will provide all equipment needed to perform your job and training is handled on site by our field managers. Responsibilities: Vacuum and polish hardwood, tile, and laminate floors Dust furniture and other surfaces. Empty trash containers Polish and wipe down countertops, appliances, and decorations Empty trash containers Sanitize desks and office spaces Sanitize and clean bathrooms Maintain cleaning equipment Change lightbulbs within reach of a 2-step step stool Sweep off and maintain appearance of porches, patios, and entryways Must be able to: Safely lift at least 25 pounds Safely use a 2-step step stool Have reliable transportation to and from job locations Work independently during early morning hours Provide documents of authorization to work in the U.S. If you would like to join the team, please send us an email (with a resume attached please) so we can follow up with you!
