Responsibilities Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services for children and families in a friendly and engaging manner. Create a fun and safe environment for kids during their salon experience, ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit. Consult with clients to understand their hairstyle preferences and recommend appropriate services and styles. Stay current with industry trends and techniques through continuing education and professional development. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the salon and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients and their families. Handle appointment scheduling and cash register duties efficiently and accurately. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification in hair styling. Proven experience as a hair stylist, preferably in a family-oriented salon environment. Strong knowledge of various hair cutting and styling techniques for children and families. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients of all ages. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules. A positive attitude, creativity, and passion for working with children and families.
