Caregiver ALL Shifts - WEEKLY Pay

As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care, support, and assistance in activities of daily living to our clients. Responsibilities: Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with supported individuals Assist with medication management and administration, as needed Support individuals with meal planning, preparation, and feeding Escort supported individuals to appointments and accompany them on outings Assist with light housekeeping tasks and laundry Requirements Experience working with individuals of varying needs and diagnoses (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred) Ability to pass a background check Good communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities or health challenges Ability to follow directions and work independently Flexible availability, including weekends, and holidays Day or Night Shift part time schedules available with guaranteed hours Benefits 3 or 4 day work week to fit your lifestyle! 12 Hr. shifts Paid training Insurance (medical, vision, dental, health, HSA, life) 401k & matching Retirement plan Paid time off Weekly pay Daily pay A supportive work environment that will foster your growth! Pay Starting at $14.00 on weekdays Starting at $21 on Weekends! (Time and a half of weekday hourly rate.) Average starting pay rate of $15.75-$16.33/hr Daily pay program available!
