What you'll do Create breathtaking floral designs suitable for our fast-paced floral shop and market. Interact with customers, grasping their visions and translating them into floral masterpieces. Handle e-commerce partner design requirements while also showcasing originality in other creations. Ensure the proper care, processing, and storage of incoming flowers and greenery. Maintain an organized, clean workspace, including the flower coolers. Requirements Ability to work well both in a team and independently. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Creativity and exceptional floral design skills. Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and problem-solving. General knowledge of flower names is a plus. Must be able to work in a retail flower shop and occasionally work on-site at events. We are a warehouse based near JFK Airport needing a warehouse worker that has experience in performing piece counts and inspections of products on a daily basis. The type of products we do inspections on are mainly electronic parts where you need to read the serial number from the item and verify the quantity of units for each item. Then once the products are inspected, they will need to be packed accordingly for shipping either on a pallet or loose boxes.
