Description

Full time Customer Service Representative/Scheduler for our Plumbing Company. Job duties involve taking incoming calls and making outbound calls to assist with clients' questions, retrieve information, coordinate and communicate to ensure the efficient and effective dispatch to schedule service appointments with computer software, resolve urgent matters, enter in and bill client invoices and warranty claims, promote our company with phone, text, and email marketing. Knowledge of office procedures, typing minimum of 35wpm, telephone etiquette. Typing test will be given. Bi-lingual a plus. Customer Service experience a plus but we are willing to train those who already have at least 2-3 years' experience in an office environment.
