Join the Slows Bar BQ team as a Catering Delivery Driver! We're looking for individuals who are professional and punctual, embodying the Slows spirit while delivering our delicious food to customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that orders reach their destinations safely and on time, while also providing excellent customer service. Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is required, as you'll also often assist with catering event setup. We’re currently looking for a Production Team Member for a wonderful company that has been in their industry for over 25 years. This position is located in the fantastic city of Buellton, CA, and is a full-time opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Some weekend and OT work will be required when necessary, and the pay rate for this position is $18 to $20 an hour (DOE). **This position requires a background check and drug test** Duties & Responsibilities: Participate in the handling, formulation, and production of raw ingredients and finished products. Delivery Coordination Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and ensure timely arrival at designated locations. Customer Support Serve as a point of contact for customers post-delivery, offering ongoing support and assistance as needed. Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in RV operations, customer service, or a related field preferred; leadership or project management experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of RV systems, features, and safe towing procedures, with the ability to clearly educate and guide customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
