We have a permaculture yard with fire pit in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Minnehaha Creek, bike paths, light rail and Lakes Nokomis and Hiawatha. The rent includes internet and water/garbage. Renter is responsible for electricity and gas. Ideally available starting mid-November through May 2026, with some possibility of an earlier move in depending on the situation. Deposit of first and last month and a $2200 deposit required. Will perform background checks and need verification of financials, as well as 3 rental references. Deposit of $500 to hold. Available mid-November - June 1, 2026. On street parking in front of the house. Please note there is no garage space. There is a shed where you can store 2 bikes. Also, the owner lives in the basement apartment but will be traveling a portion of the year. A property caretaker will be available as needed.
