I am considering renting out the 3rd floor of my Newtonville house but will only do so subject to stringent conditions with respect to noise. The sound insulation between the floors is not good. The rent will include all utilities, free shared wifi, use of washer dryer in the basement and off-street parking. My house is close-in to Newtonville with its numerous restaurants and services including a commuter rail that goes to Back Bay and South stations. It is within easy walking distance of Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and a short drive from Boston, Brookline, Watertown, Wellesley and Cambridge.
