This beautiful 2 BR/2 BA house has a large yard, a small creek, a regulation horseshoe and cornhole court, a firepit, 2 recliners (one of which is electric with a remote that gives you control over heat, full recline, standing assistance, and vibration), a great room, 50" Fire TV, front load washer and dryer, and a dog run that wraps around from front door to under the back deck. It has wide doorways throughout and no steps from the almost level driveway to anywhere inside the house. The front has an almost level ramp, and there is also an easy ramp to the spacious back deck. Fully equipped kitchen inside plus a gas grill on the back deck. Conveniently located 3 to 7 minutes drive to virtually every part of downtown Maggie Valley. $150 pet fee. $200 refundable pet deposit. First and last month's rent plus a $1000 security deposit due at signing of the lease.
