Job Title: Experienced Carpet Cleaner We are currently seeking an Experienced Carpet Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and should be familiar with using different types of carpet cleaning machinery and equipment. We prioritize customer satisfaction, and we seek someone who is committed to providing excellent service at all times. Responsibilities: Perform professional, deep cleaning services on carpets, area rugs, and upholstery in customer homes and offices. Safely move furniture and other objects as necessary to clean difficult-to-reach areas. Inspect carpets for any stains, spots, or heavy traffic areas that may require additional attention. Use carpet cleaning machinery and equipment efficiently and according to the manufacturer's instructions. Apply suitable cleaning agents, considering the type of carpet material and degree of soiling. Complete minor carpet repairs as needed. Promote and sell additional services when appropriate to customer needs. Complete necessary paperwork, including service reports and payment collection. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicle. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Attend training programs to maintain up-to-date knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and industry standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in carpet cleaning, preferably 2-3 years. Knowledge of carpet types and appropriate cleaning methods. Proficiency in operating carpet cleaning equipment. Ability to carry and lift heavy equipment. Basic knowledge of repairs and maintenance of cleaning machines is a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a dedication to high-quality work. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, including weekends. Physical Requirements: This position often requires long periods of standing, bending, and kneeling. In addition, it requires the ability to lift and move heavy objects and equipment up to 50 lbs.
