Part-Time Associate Therapist (AMFT) for Virtual Practice

Cultivate Wellness Collective is a premier counseling center based in California. We provide virtual therapy and eco-therapy for adults, adolescents, couples and families. We are seeking to grow our team and have a position available for an Associate Therapist (AMFT). This position provides valuable training for those interested in providing therapy in a private practice. Candidates must be business minded and tech savvy. Qualifications: Masters degree from an accredited university or program Active California associate registration (AMFT) Passion for introspection and personal/professional growth A commitment to the field of psychotherapy and a passion for helping & healing Private practice minded (eager, self-starter, thoughtful, responsible, professional, independent worker, problem-solver, organized, strong communicator, dependable, aka thinks ahead and handles their business with the utmost level of professionalism without being asked) Duties & Responsibilities: ● Provide supportive, individualized and confidential therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups (virtually and in nature based settings) ● Assessment, treatment planning, documentation and termination responsibilities ● Maintain timely and accurate client records ● Engage in collaborative coordination of care ● Attend weekly clinical supervision and work as part of a collaborative team ● Maintain all legal and ethical requirements of the profession ● Be flexible and receptive to change as part of an expanding and growing company ● Other duties as determined necessary Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience www.cultivatewellnesscollective.com
