Avant Tech is partnering with a leading healthcare provider in Colorado to hire skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU/CCU). This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on patients across all age groups while working in a high-acuity setting with advanced cardiac services. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in a busy CVICU/CCU setting. Monitor critically ill patients, respond quickly to status changes, and implement interventions. Administer medications and manage advanced life support systems. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans. Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with standards. Support patients’ families with education and resources. Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state eligibility). Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association). Minimum 3 years of recent CVICU RN experience (Ready to hit the ground running). Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Benefits Competitive hourly pay with night shift differentials.
