Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a compassionate, organized, and professional Treatment Coordinator to join our practice. Job Description: As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be a key player in ensuring our patients understand their treatment plans and are guided through each step of their dental care journey. You will work closely with our doctors, hygienists, and administrative team to communicate treatment options, answer patient questions, and manage treatment schedules. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, organized, and committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities: Patient Communication: Review and explain treatment plans to patients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their care and financial options. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments, ensuring that the office maintains an efficient workflow. Work closely w/labs coordinating appointments and referring offices. Treatment Planning: Work with the dental team to help design and communicate customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Follow-up & Coordination: Ensure patients follow through with recommended treatment plans by following up, confirming appointments, and helping with any post-treatment care. Patient Advocacy: Act as a liaison between patients and the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience and positive outcomes. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and supportive environment for patients. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and insurance information. Qualifications: Proven experience in a dental office is a must as a Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, treatment plans, and insurance policies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures in an easy-to-understand manner. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and professional demeanor with a patient-focused approach. Familiarity with dental software (Eaglesoft) is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting or office management certifications are a plus. Why Join Us? Case Manager - Community Based Field Case Management
Our team is expanding and looking for new team members! (Positions are available as long as this ad is posted) You will be developing clinically based treatment relationships with clients (persons diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness or SPMI), to assist them with integrating into the community using a structured recovery plan: psychiatric, medical, housing, substance abuse treatment, legal coordination and other services. On a typical day, you will be driving to various locations to meet with your clients and stakeholders in the community and completing documentation. Transportation of clients is required, when needed and when client is safe for transport. You will maintain a low case load of eight to 12 clients, focusing on high quality client care. This is a full-time position. You must be available 8am to 4pm Monday-Friday. However, as a field case manager, you will have flexibility of structuring your own workday. No on-call is required. WE SUPPORT OUR CASE MANAGERS We are a close-knit agency, and you will have ample support from your supervisors.
