Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADLs (activities of daily living), vital sign monitoring, and infection control protocols. Soft Skills: Compassion, strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities. Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff. Support rehabilitation therapies by preparing equipment and ensuring patient safety. Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records.
