Tesuque Village Market seeks a full-time host for AM/PM shifts. Must be able to work weekends and doubles. About the position: Duties include greeting guests at the front door, seating parties, managing a waitlist, helping the cashier take reservations, taking occasional cocktail orders for guests on the waitlist, and coordinating with the other staff members about wait times/seating holds/etc. We typically schedule hosting shifts every night from 4pm until close as well as during the day on Fri/Sat/Sun from 11am-4pm. The pay is a base rate of $12 per hour plus inclusion in the tip pool (which is typically $10-20/hour on top of the base pay). Applicants under 19 years old will not be considered. We are: Located a few minutes north of Santa Fe, Tesuque Village Market has been a local institution since 1988. We serve Southwestern and American comfort food made with natural and organic ingredients. Our full bar offers high-quality cocktails; fine wines and spirits; as well as an enormous beer selection. We are open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 9am-9pm. Aside from the bar and restaurant, TVM operates as a convenience store, a package liquor store, a catering service, and a commercial bakery.
