See job description below. **SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY** Prep/Line Cook- Tasks/Responsibilities: •Preparing high quality food items to order for our guests •Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations •Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery of completed tickets •Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety •Meeting special guest requests while ensuring same high quality standards •Washing and sanitizing all work related utensils and kitchen equipments •Restock the line station daily/when needed •Sweep and mop throughout shift and at end of day to close the kitchen •Wash and prep ingredients for next business day •Ability to stand and/walk for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours •Ability to lift up to 25lbs and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs Required Qualifications: •Experience in food service industry as kitchen cook with prep experience •Proficient knife skills •Punctual and reliable •Reliable transportation to and from work •Flexibility of schedule (must be able to work Saturday AND Sunday) •Must be able to start immediately Desired Qualifications: •Experience in the food service industry as a food service worker •Great interpersonal skills •Must be able to multitask and work in high energy/quick pace environment •Looking for long term commitment to work Mondays-Sundays (2 days off/week)
